Central Florida tech firm sends testing facility to International Space Station

Northrop Grumman launched its AntaresTM rocket on Nov. 2 to carry cargo to the International Space Station, but it also carried a testing facility built by a Central Florida aerospace company. 

Merritt Island-based Craig Technologies sent its CraigX Flight Test Platform into space aboard the Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC) rocket that blasted off from Wallops Island, Virginia. CraigX is a facility which mounts to the outside of the space station and is used to test electronics in space. Read more here.
