Herndon, Virginia-based Liberty IT Solutions LLC will accelerate growth at its Space Coast operations after it was bought by tech giant Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. for $725 million.
Liberty IT Solutions employs more than 250 people in Melbourne, where it operates its Agile Center of Excellence, and is seeking up to 24 employees in Brevard County, according to its website. The acquisition that closed June 14 will only speed up Liberty’s impressive growth, Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President Kristine Anderson told Orlando Business Journal.
