Bob Dutkowsky, chairman and CEO of Tech Data Corp., got a $1 million bonus for his work on an acquisition that made Tech Data the largest company in Florida.
The bonus boosted Dutkowsky’s total compensation for fiscal year 2018 to $7.3 million, a proxy filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 26 said.
