The United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued TherapeuticsMD a label patent for Annovera, a prescription hormonal birth control treatment for women developed by the Boca Raton-based company (Nasdaq: TXMD).
TherapeuticsMD has 30 days to submit the formal paperwork required to have the drug listed in the the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations, known as the Orange Book.
