ExlService Holdings Inc. plans to buy Health Integrated, a Tampa company that provides care management for health plans.
ExlService (NASDAQ: EXLS), a New York analytics firm, said it had a deal with Health Integrated in an earnings report released early Thursday, but did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
