Lockheed Martin has a steady stream of military work rolling in for its Missiles & Fire Control division in southwest Orlando, and it needed two things to keep up with that demand: more space and more people.
The Bethesda, Md.-based defense firm (NYSE: LMT) got some capacity this week; it hosted a ribbon-cutting on Feb. 13 for a new $50 million, 255,000-square-foot Research and Development II building at 5600 W. Sand Lake Road.
