Orlando’s startup community got some major attention this year, thanks to a number of local startups that landed s spot with well-known tech accelerators.
While Orlando has its own tech accelerator programs such as Starter Studio and VentureScaleUp, many of the widely known programs are in the California area and scattered elsewhere in the U.S. Most of these tech accelerators offer capital to incoming startups to help them pay for their expenses during the typical three-month program. Plus, those companies have access to some high-profile venture capitalists and successful entrepreneurs.
