Construction for Osceola County’s 500-acre tech campus NeoCity has not started yet, but planners and officials already have big hopes for the area.
Among the 11 million square feet of space for development, Austin, Texas-based Perkins + Will Inc.’s master plan for NeoCity shows there’s dedicated space for startup development, offering co-working facilities for small companies and entrepreneurial businesses.
