Magdalena Boron travels a lot, and through those travels she’s seen firsthand the talent of people all over the world who do not have jobs due to the lack of opportunity.
“I’ve now visited over 50 countries on six continents, soaking sun in Bali, climbing to the base camp of Mount Everest and scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef,” Boron told Orlando Business Journal. “I can do that because of flexibility of remote work. But every time I visited a new country, I was blown away by the talented people I met — amazing people with so much untapped potential and so few opportunities.”
