When Chris Hurn saw commercials about a company promised to approve a business loan in just a few days, he figured he probably could beat that time. So he created an automated software.
Hurn, CEO and founder of Orlando-based national commercial lender Fountainhead Commercial Capital, a firm that specializes in small business loans for commercial real estate, worked with developers to build the company software called Pronto that cuts down the approval time from a few days to two hours.
