Windermere-based tech company flexReceipts is raising another round of capital, about $1 million, said founder Tomas Diaz.
The company provides a platform for merchants to distribute digital receipts, complete with new marketing and tracking tools.
Earlier this year, flexReceipts closed on $1.4 million in a Series A round. Diaz, a graduate of Rollins College, said the additional million being raised now is a followup to that. He said the company currently employs seven people and is in the process of hiring five more salespeople. Read more here.
