Tampa tech company with a long history of “big get” investments has done it again.

Lumina, which uses artificial intelligence for predictive analytics and risk sensing, received $5 million on Wednesday according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

According to the filing, the company received the full investment they requested from 18 investors. Jill Kermes, senior vice president of communications at Lumina, said the funding round was opened to existing investors and members of the Lumina team.
