In his hour-long message, O’Leary delivered straight talk laced with zingers and quips. With 39 companies in his portfolio, he told the sold-out audience how to make a business a success.
First gem: Don’t be stupid. O’Leary warned about being seduced by coffee culture. He refuses to buy a $5 cup of coffee a day and gifts his employees coffee makers. He warns them not to be caught drinking a frothy drink ending in “inno” in his presence.
