Seminar explores how Israel’s water technology can help Florida


    A recent breakfast seminar in Miami highlighted the Israeli water-tech industry and how its game-changing technologies could help solve Florida’s water challenges.

    This event was hosted by the Consulate General of Israel in Miami, the law firm Holland & Knight and The Everglades Foundation. It featured executives from successful Israeli water tech companies along with business and community leaders including: Lior Haiat, consul general of Israel in Miami; Guy Gilady, deputy consul general of Israel in Miami; Meital Stavinsky, co-chair for Holland & Knight’s Israel Practice; Daniella Levine Cava, Miami-Dade County commissioner for District 8; Adam Bergman, senior vice president for Wells Fargo CleanTech Banking; Lester Sola, director for Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department; and Lynette Cardoch, HDR’s director of coastal resiliency.
