Tampa ranks No. 2 nationwide in a new survey of “most enterprising cities.”
The survey, which looks at online sales by small to medium-sized businesses, found that San Diego, Tampa and Irvine, California hold the top three spots in the nation for volume of sales in the first half of 2017, based on data from merchants who run their online shops using Volusion, an e-commerce software company based in Austin.
