Another chapter in the history of the Church Street Exchange is about to unfold, and this time it’s a tale of technology.
Two spaces are being renovated inside the former tourist destination that will bring new tenants to the historic landmark. The Orlando nonprofit Canvs is behind the renovation of a new 14,069-square-foot co-working space on the first floor, while theOrlando-based insurance tech company PlanSource has made its move to the second floor of the complex with renovations to a 15,559-square-feet of space. Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage Inc.is representing the owners of the building.
The iconic staircases and fountain that have seen so many changes to the massive indoor space will remain, but much of the tile work and accents inside the renovated spaces is being replaced. The new tenants will increase the growing population of tech companies in the Orlando area while bringing new purpose to one of the most recognized parts of the Orlando landscape. Read more here.
