Pipeline Workspaces is opening its first Fort Lauderdale co-working space at One Financial Plaza at 100 SE Third Ave.
The space, aimed at entrepreneurs and professionals who want flexible workspace, will occupy a full floor of the 28-story building, said Pipeline Workspaces co-founders Todd Oretsky and Philippe Houdard. Pipeline already has co-working spaces in Miami, Coral Gables and Philadelphia.
Private offices start at $500 a month. Pipeline also offers shared office space and dedicated desks.
