Orlando Tech still seeks new director

Hiring a replacement for Orrett Davis, former head of the Orlando Tech Association, a nonprofit that encourages tech and startup businesses, has proven difficult for the group.

It’s been four months since Davis stepped down for another job. In the meantime, the association’s board of directors has relied on an unpaid interim director — Jim Thomas, who is also executive director of Orlando Inc., which essentially serves as the region’s chamber of commerce. Read more here.
