Miami co-working space expands with $1.1M investment

The LAB Miami debuted in 2012, offering 10,000 square feet of co-working space in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District and community programming to the city’s growing technology industry and its stakeholders.

Today, it announced that it will be expanding with a dedicated venture arm, called LAB.Ventures, and LAB.ID. Both are initiatives aimed at fostering relationships between Miami’s startup community and established corporations. They will work to help startups and entrepreneurs access a larger market and help corporations accelerate their innovation initiatives — a win-win.
