Miami Beach portfolio company Rokk3r Labs is expanding into New York and London.
The startup “cobuilder,” whose 80 employees aim to help South Florida entrepreneurs develop companies and create jobs, hopes to be an alternative to accelerators and incubators in the two new cities, said CEO Nabyl Charania.
Rokk3r Labs has worked with 21 South Florida companies in two years. The idea is to take on experienced entrepreneurs and hammer away at their startup concepts before taking them into the portfolio, aiming for a higher success rate than most accelerators and incubators, he added. Read more here.
