Local tech leaders on how to build the right team, culture

When local business owners whose combined companies are worth more than a quarter-billion dollars, are giving advice on how to be successful, you listen.

Jonathan Taylor, a founder of Orlando-based tech firm Voxeo, which was acquired for $150 million; Ted Murphy, founder and CEO of Winter Park-based Izea Inc.; and Josh Brown, founder and CEO of Orlando-based PowerDMS, addressed a room filled with entrepreneurs searching for success at OrlandiX’s Startup Summit series.

The three businessmen were part of a panel discussion designed to help entrepreneurs make the right hires, build a strong team and create a unique business culture.
