A co-working space in downtown Orlando opened a new location in Parramore on Aug. 7, giving entrepreneurs flexible and affordable offices. Canvs leaders want to make it clear, however, that the location is not permanent and is not limited to just tech startups.
“We’re trying to make it easier for anyone to get started,” Donna Mackenzie, executive director for Canvs, told Orlando Business Journal. “We do tend to have more tech companies, but it’s never been a requirement. We’re looking for innovative companies that can come from any field — a landscaper, even.”
