High-tech sensor company relocates HQ to Orlando near UCF, hiring workers

Orlando’s high-performing modeling and simulation scene has attracted a high-tech firm to move its headquarters from Fredericksburg, Va., to an area near the University of Central Florida.

JRM Enterprises Inc. signed a multi-year lease at Suite 175 at 3361 Rouse Road, according to commercial real estate firm NAI Realvest. The 1,380-square-foot location is just five minutes away from UCF.

The technology firm specializes in advanced sensor phenomenology modeling and simulation, and focuses on defense government contracts. Officials with JRM Enterprises were not available for comment.

The company does show three job titles available: software engineer, modeling and simulation engineer, and physicist. It was unclear if JRM is hiring multiple workers for each position, via its website.
