Near the beginning of Marvel Studios’ superhero film Dr. Strange, the lead character is speeding down the road, talking on his cell phone and asks his assistant to send him X-ray images of a patient’s skull. Second later, a high-definition image pops up on his car’s dashboard display.

That’s the kind of futuristic technology doctors in Orlando might see once 5G high-speed mobile device connectivity becomes available here, said Ahmed MohamedOrlando Health’s manager of tactical services and network engineering. “5G will give doctors the flexibility to work from anywhere, because the bandwidth is there and low latency, It will allow connections between physicians and patients for flexible consultations.” Read more here.
