Real estate professionals of all stripes will tell you success is about location, location, location. Apparently, so will startup founders.

One of about every 10 new ventures fail because they launch in the wrong place, according to CB Insights. A new study, by personal finance site WalletHub, says starting up in Florida can lessen entrepreneurs’ chances of becoming a part of that statistic.
