Healthbox Florida has announced the three winners of its 2014 season, with an Orlando company finishing second.
The winners were selected after pitching their ideas Tuesday before an audience of about 85 people at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Center.
Orlando-based BookThatDoc , a web-based service for finding and making appointments with doctors, took second place for a $10,000 prize. The money is in the form of an investment in BookThatDoc by Healthbox. Read more here.
