FAU Tech Runway tallies jobs, internships created since founding


    Florida Atlantic University’s Tech Runway has released its recent economic impact study as it opens applications for its next Venture Class Program.

    The public-private partnership aimed at growing early-stage technology companies announced on Thursday that in the four years since its founding, Tech Runway-affiliated companies have created 351 jobs and 165 internships. Seventy-nine FAU students have been employed and more than $64 million in revenue was earned. More than $63 million in investment capital was raised.
