After one year of occupying 17,000 square feet of space inside downtown Orlando’s Church Street Exchange building, the Canvs co-working space is making plans to expand as quickly as by the end of the year.
Donna Mackenzie, executive director for Canvs, said she and the board members are discussing plans to expand on the third floor of the building. As of now, Canvs takes up a big chunk of the first floor.
Aaron Gray, vice president of commercial real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. and a Canvs board member, told the Orlando Business Journal that Canvs was in discussions with the landlord for the additional space. He said the space Canvs is planning to grab is 3,200 square feet. Read more here.
