Walt Disney World is bringing an innovation co-working lab to the East Coast, providing an area for local engineers to work with the theme park giant.
During Orlando Tech Association’s panel discussion on the rise of innovation labs in Central Florida on April 22, Suri Al-Naimi of Disney’s Global Creative & Innovation Development said to the crowd, “We’re in the process of creating a makerspace on the East Coast.” Al-Nami also mentioned the possibility of the partnering with Factur Lab in Orlando — a co-working maker lab — to do so.
