Crowdfunding platform Wefunder acquired a stake in Miami-based Arora Project, an equity crowdfunding media agency with a mission to disrupt early-stage startup fundraising.
Wefunder, headquartered in San Francisco, is the largest regulation crowdfunding platform in the country. New York investment firm 10X Capital also acquired a stake in the Arora Project, which reports it has helped entrepreneurs raise more than $100 million in capital through its digital fundraising campaigns.
