There's a good chance Les Goldberg has carried multiple backstage passes to a concert featuring your favorite music artist or entertainer, but he probably wasn't there to collect an autograph. He may have been too busy calling the shots to work the lights and visual effects that his company provides. "Right now, we're touring with J.Cole," said Goldberg, CEO of LMG LLC, an Orlando-based tech firm that provides video, audio and LED lighting support for events. "I was just at his show a couple nights ago," he said about attending the popular hip-hop artist's concert in Tampa on Aug. 16.
