Broward sleep aid products company to be acquired in $27M deal

Hollywood-based Dream Water is in the process of being sold to a Canadian cannabis company for $27 million.

Vancouver-based Harvest One Cannabis (TSXV: HVT) agreed to acquire the local consumer sleep aid products company in a deal expected to close by May 31.

Dream Water produces liquid sleep shots and sleep powder packets made with natural ingredients. It also recently launched Dream Water Beauty, a nighttime liquid shot that the company says helps support hair, skin and collagen. The company’s products are sold in more than 30,000 U.S. retail outlets and generates about $6 million in revenue annually.
