How Florida Venture Sourcing works

  • You must be an accredited investor to create an investor profile on Florida Venture Sourcing.
  • Draft your investor profile. All of the information you post will be public.
  • Startups that want to meet you do so by filling out our Get in Touch form on your investor profile.
  • Startup inquiries are vetted by us first before they are sent to you.
  • Florida Venture Sourcing will also connect you with startups that we believe match your investment profile.

    • You're responsible for doing due diligence on the startups you meet through Florida Venture Sourcing.
    • You will use your own judgment before making any decision to invest in a startup.
    • You agree to indemnify and hold Florida Venture Sourcing harmless in connection with your profile on Florida Venture Sourcing, your communication with startups, and any investment you make in a startup.
