The Florida Advanced Manufacturing Research Center won’t be the lone building at Osceola County’s 500-acre NeoCity tech campus much longer.
Two more buildings are taking shape on near 200 NeoCity Way in Kissimmee, which will help lure more firms to the area to study all things related to tech and manufacturing.
Construction began earlier this year on NeoCity’s four-story, 100,000 square-foot office tower that will next to the 109,000-square-foot research center. The building already has gone vertical with a steel structure and is slated for completion in 2019. The tower will house Bridg, the organization that manages and operates the research center, as well as Belgium-based nanotech firm Imec, which currently has a design center in NeoCity and is known for its work with tiny computer chips.
